Organic rhythm focus:
Step 1: Notice how your feel emotionally
Step 2: Go outside and look into the sky at night
Step 3: Without counting, and while being conscious of the soles of your feet, feel your pulse and observe the rhythm of your breathing.
Step 4: Do this as long as you wish and pay attention to how you feel emotionally during and upon completion of the exercise.
